cottonlily.com currently accepts payment via SagePay (coming soon) and Google Wallet.

 

Ordering & Processing

cottonlily.com processes and ships orders from Monday to Friday.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.  Expedited orders will ship the following business day. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing of orders placed with ground shipping. You will receive a  tracking number along with the shipping confirmation email at the end of the day your order ships. Please use the tracking number to get an estimated delivery date.

 

Order Cancellations/Modifications

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.  Please be sure to review your order before confirming your purchase. If you need to return an order, please refer to our return & exchange instructions.

 

Methods of Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping method is via Royal Mail. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for delivery from the date we successfully process your order. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.  It varies depending on the number of items purchased, where your order is being shipped and the delivery method chosen.  Please be sure to review the shipping and handling cost before confirming your purchase.

Express Delivery (Standard shipping rate + additional cost)

Express delivery is 7 business days after successful processing.

Methods of International Shipping

cottonlily.com currently ships to (international locations).  International customers are responsible for all shipping, duty and taxes associated with the importation of their order.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. Cost will vary depending on the number of items purchased, where your order is being shipped and the type of shipping chosen. Duty and tax fees will also be applied when your order reaches customs. Please review prices before placing your order.

Please note: cottonlily.com cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, AE, CMR and other military base addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your order.  If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, please contact us at sales@cottonlily.com

We will gladly refund or exchange any faulty merchandise if notified within 14 days from the date you received it.  All returns and exchanges must have a receipt and must be in the original packaging. 

cottonlily.com currently accepts returns & exchanges through the mail. 

Customers are responsible for shipping returns and exchanges back to our warehouse.  We advise securing a tracking number for your order, as cottonlily.com is not liable for any lost return or exchange packages. 

Returns must have a copy of the original receipt and will be issued in the original form of payment.  Shipping charges are not refundable for any returned merchandise. Exchanged items will be shipped with our standard Australia Post  ground shipping.  Please allow 4 weeks for your return to be received, processed, and appear on your credit card statement.
